I had new tires installed and they said that one of the nuts was damaged by Subaru. Now I have to drive out with 4 nuts installed instead of 5. They claim most cars only have 4 nuts. It was Mikey who helped me. This is not good. Now I have to deal with Subaru and Costco pointing fingers at each other.

Fast and easy service. Bought the new tires online and scheduled an appointment for a week later. Came in to drop my car off in the morning and they finished installing and balancing in an hour. Pedro at the front was friendly and assistive with explaining warranty and any next steps. Thank you!

I wait for the Costco coupon book to come out to get my tires changed. The deals are always the best. The staff is friendly. Sometimes it takes a while but it's worth the savings.

Helloooo tire lovers! Your favorite queen is here to spill the tea on my Costco tire extravaganza! The PRICE? Absolutely SNATCHED my wallet in the best way possible! That warranty? So generous it makes RuPaul look stingy with compliments! And those tires? Serving grip and performance realness that had me gagging at every turn! Now, was everything perfect? Well, not quite, sweeties. The appointment was supposed to be a quick one-hour moment, but turned into a two-hour SAGA that had me doom-scrolling until my acrylic nearly popped off! Not exactly serving efficiency elegance! When they finally returned my chariot, I couldn't help but notice it was looking a little... unfinished. Black smudges all over my rims? Sticky residue on my wheels? Grease everywhere? The DISRESPECT! A queen had to clean up their mess herself! And no mention of a torque check? That's like forgetting to tell a queen to set her face before hitting the stage! The tires themselves? Flawless. But the service? About as polished as a first-time queen's contour! Even with those fierce prices, mama needs better service than THIS. The struggle between my wallet and my standards is REAL!

Ordered online for tires and installation. About 600 (Michelin had a sale online) total for my mid tier tires for Mazda 3. Easy drop off. If you have an appointment, Say your name and drop off keys at tire center office (to the right of the main entrance) ✅ My car was ready in about two hours. ✅ Pick up keys in the garage. ✅ Car feels and drives like new ✅ I didn't need it asap but they're reasonably quick.
